At Lingerie Living, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene strips and designer tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
